The Super Short Film Competition at MONSTRA stands for creativity, critical thinking and diversity. Therefore, this section is dedicated to animated films up to 2 minutes, where all of these adjectives are true. It’s a journey through the world of animation that explores, in a single screening, the myriad of techniques, styles and narratives, from all over the world. The Super Shorts celebrate the ability of starting conversations and communicating strong ideas and ideals in a few seconds: something that truly speaks to the power of animation.
