ANIMATION HISTORICAL PIECES – JIRI TRNKA , KAREL ZEMAN, RAOUL SERVAIS AND THE QUEBEC CINEMATHEQUE

 

 

MONSTRA – Lisbon Animation Festival, and the Portuguese Cinematheque pair up to bring you some images, stills and pictures of animation films, from the archives of the Quebec Cinematheque. Some films from three of the greatest animation masters worldwide will also be shown, such as “A Midsummer Night Dream” by Jiří Trnka, “A Thousand and One Nights” by Karel Zeman and “Harpya” by Raoul Servais, and still a documentary honouring one of these filmmakers.
