ArchAnim focuses on films where architecture has a fundamental role, due to its importance over the concept or narrative of the piece, or through the significant presence of the sets or the interaction between characters and their environments. In this edition, we will be screening ‘Metropolis’ (2001), an anime showcasing urban futuristic landscapes of great magnificence and that gathers a notable repertoire of Japanese artists, such as Katsuhiro Otomo, Osamu Tezuka and Rintaro.
