João Jaime was born in November 15, 1955, in Alhandra, a municipality of Vila Franca de Xira. He’s headmaster of the Escola Secundária de Camões, in Lisbon, member of the education council of the Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos and of the Municipal Education Council of Lisbon. He graduated in Power Engineering at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa and holds a bachelor’s degree in Administration and School Management from the Escola Superior João de Deus, in Lisbon. He founded the SEA theatre group “Esteiros” in 1974, in Alhandra, and was president of theparish council from 1982 to 1988. He was also Vice-president of the Lisbon Teacher’s Union from 2006 to 2012.
Born in Cassino, Italy, in 1954, Luisa Violo received a degree in Law from the University of Rome and her master’s degree from the University of Pisa. She has been teaching law and economics courses in high schools and, since 1996, has been working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy. In 2004, she was cultural attaché for the Italian Cultural Institute of Madrid, where she promoted the Italian language and the arts. In 2015, she was appointed director of the Italian Cultural Institute of Lisbon and cultural attaché of the Italian Embassy, a position she currently holds. Her interests range from architecture to cinema and theater and from literature to music.
Born in France in 1978, he began working as an actor and singer when he was only 16. He began working professionally in various theatre companies and television at 19. At 21, he founded the Teatro Reflexo, a cultural association he heads to this date, in which he is an acting director and musical director. Around the same time, he began working as a voice-actor, lending his voice to hundreds of characters in television and cinema. In 2009, he founded Córtex – Festival de Curtas-Metragens de Sintra, which rapidly established itself as one of the most important film festivals in Portugal. Teatro Reflexo holds, since 2015, the Sintra Press Photo, a photojournalism exhibition at MUSA –Museu de Artes de Sintra. Some of his most popular theatrical productions: “Crime na Casa Museu”, “Cock Tale” e “Trans-“Cock Tale” e “Trans-Mute”.
