Today you can count on a selection of films for the whole family! We’ll start the day with “Iqbal, Tale of a Fearless Child”, directed by Michel Fuzellier and Babak Payami. At 11h at the Cinema São Jorge, you’ll partake on the story of an energetic child, who lives in a poor village with his brother and mother. You might also want to watch the first session of our Short Films Competition at 11h at Cinema Ideal.
Today’s Family Program will end with the screening of “Lucky and Zorba”, directed by Enzo D’Aló. The work is based on the story “Historia de una gaviota y del gato que le enseñó a volar” by the chilean writer Luis Sepùlveda, which tells the story of Zorba and his friends, who decide to raise a seagull.
Enzo d’Alò has been since 1980 the author of several films, videos and TV series. He won numerous and prestigious Italian and international awards at film festivals.
